Private Banking Account Manager - JBFS Israel

We are seeking a Private Banking Account Manager who will be responsible for managing client accounts and supporting relationship managers, while ensuring a high standard of quality and professionalism in client service and administration. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in private banking, as well as excellent communication skills and a strong client-focused mindset.

Tasks

  • Ensures that accurate and high-quality client relationship documentation is created and maintained
  • Actively ensures that all client accounts are managed professionally
  • Initiates, coordinates, or performs tasks related to the client
  • Maintains key client data in consultation with the relationship manager
  • Ensure that the client and/or the relationship manager are treated professionally and with authority in all aspects of account management
  • Proactively supports the Relationship Manager in managing client relationships and all related tasks

Business administration

  • Manages internal projects related to the Relationship Manager's client relationships
  • Collect and share relevant information, ideas, insights, and research findings to improve processes and boost productivity

Risk management and controls

  • Actively supports risk management by raising concerns and independently tracking issues
  • Ensures compliance with local regulations and internal policies
  • Proactively identifies legal or potential operational shortcomings and escalates them as appropriate
  • Ensure that accurate, meaningful, and clear documentation of client interactions is created

Professional skills

  • At least 5 years of experience as an account manager, or 3 years of experience as an account manager and a relevant college degree
  • Excellent proficiency in Hebrew and English
  • Proven experience in serving bank clients with complex needs
  • Successful completion of the internal account manager training program
