Tasks

The responsibilities of the Private Banking Account Manager include:

• Client Administration & Management: Ensuring accurate and high-quality documentation of client relationships, including client identification, account opening forms, and other relevant legal forms
• Operational Account Management: Professional execution of operational account management, including the resolution of issues and system alerts
• Client Coverage & Contact (Internal) / Client Interface (External): Assisting the Relationship Manager with client relations and all related tasks
• Business Management: Managing internal projects related to client relationships and resolving administrative issues
• Risk Management & Controls: Active support for risk management, including compliance with local regulations and internal policies
