The position of Private Banking Account Manager in St. Gallen is a full-time role. The Private Banking Account Manager assists Relationship Managers in managing client relationships and is responsible for the administration and documentation of those relationships.

• Management of customer relationships and documentation of customer information
• Supporting relationship managers in managing customer relationships
• Responsibility for the administration and documentation of customer relationships
• Interacting with customers in a professional and independent manner
• Proactive support for relationship managers in managing customer relationships

Specific tasks

Specific tasks include:

• Client Administration & Management: Ensuring that all client and relationship data is accurate and up to date
• Business Management: Management of internal projects related to customer relations
• Risk Management & Controls: Support for risk management and compliance with regulations and standards

Requirements

The requirements for the Private Banking Account Manager include:

• Excellent training (able to work with relationship managers and clients from diverse backgrounds)
• Friendly, trustworthy, and discreet, with a high level of awareness
• Proactive and independent approach to work
• Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
• At least 5 years of experience as an Assistant Relationship Manager, or 3 years of experience as an Assistant Relationship Manager and a relevant college degree
