Tasks

The responsibilities of the Private Banking Account Manager include:

• Client Administration & Management: Ensuring that client-related documentation and administrative procedures are maintained to a high standard
• Assisting the Relationship Manager (RM) with client-related tasks and processes
• Interact with customers in an independent and professional manner in all aspects of account management
• Proactively taking responsibility for supporting the RM in client-related tasks and processes

Business Management

The responsibilities in the area of business management include:

• Management of internal projects related to the RM's account relationships
• Collecting and sharing relevant information to improve processes and boost productivity

Risk Management & Controls

The responsibilities in the Risk Management & Controls department include:

• Support for risk management by monitoring client-related documentation and escalating issues as needed
• Ensuring compliance with local and regulatory requirements and standards

Requirements

The requirements for the Private Banking Account Manager are:

• Excellent adaptability in learning new things and the ability to collaborate with clients and account managers from diverse backgrounds
• A friendly, trustworthy, and discreet person with a strong sense of responsibility
• Proactive and independent approach to work
• At least 5 years of experience as an ARM, or 3 years of experience as an ARM and a job-related higher education degree
• Excellent command of English and Portuguese (written and spoken)
