Tasks

The responsibilities of the Private Banking Account Manager include:

• Client Administration & Management: Ensuring that accurate and high-quality client relationship documentation is created and maintained
• Operational Account Management: Professional handling of all tasks and system alerts
• Assist the Relationship Manager (RM) with client relationships and all related tasks
• Interact with clients in a professional and independent manner in all aspects of account management

Business Management

The responsibilities in the area of business management include:

• Management of internal processes related to the RM's account relationships
• Resolving administrative issues and ensuring that all account systems are up to date
• Collecting and sharing relevant information, ideas, insights, and research findings with colleagues to improve processes and boost productivity and quality

Risk management & controls

The responsibilities in the area of Risk Management & Controls include:

• Support for risk management (first line of defense) through client-specific documentation and the reporting of concerns
• Ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal guidelines and standards
• Timely resolution of outstanding tasks and issues

Requirements
