  • Actively ensuring that operational account management is carried out professionally
  • Independent and professional interaction with customers in all aspects of account management
  • Proactively taking the lead in supporting the relationship manager in client relations and all related tasks

  • The management of internal projects that affect the relationship manager's account relationships
  • Collecting and sharing relevant information, ideas, insights, and research findings with colleagues to improve processes and increase productivity and quality.

Risk management and controls

Risk management and controls include:
  • Active support in risk management, e.g., in client documentation
  • Ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal policies and standards
  • Ensuring prompt clarification of outstanding issues and evaluation of account deficits
