Account Manager Private Banking - NRI Switzerland

The position of Account Manager Private Banking - NRI Switzerland involves responsibility for account administration, documentation formalities, and tasks in day-to-day operations and projects relating to account administration.

Tasks

The main tasks include:
  • Client administration and management, including ensuring that accurate and high-quality client relationship documentation is available and kept up to date
  • Operational account management, including resolving issues and system alerts
  • Attend client meetings and assist the Relationship Manager (RM) as needed
  • Maintenance of client key data in collaboration with the RM
  • Independent and professional interaction with clients in all aspects of account management
  • Supporting the RM/TH with client relations and related tasks

Business administration

Business administration includes:
  • Management of internal projects related to the RM's account relationships
  • Collecting and sharing relevant information, ideas, insights, and research findings to improve processes and enhance productivity and quality

Risk Management and Control

Risk management and control include:
  • Support for risk management, including risk identification and compliance with regulations and guidelines
  • Ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal guidelines and standards
  • Tracking open items and assessing account deficiencies
  • Ensuring appropriate ethical and compliant behavior within one's own area of responsibility
