Account Manager Private Banking - NRI Switzerland

The Account Manager Private Banking at Julius Baer in Zurich is responsible for managing client accounts and supporting relationship managers, but does not have their own client book. The position of Account Manager Private Banking - NRI Switzerland involves responsibility for account administration, documentation formalities, and tasks in day-to-day operations and projects relating to account administration.

Tasks

The main tasks include:
  • Client administration and management, including ensuring compliance with accurate and high-quality client relationship documentation procedures
  • Operational account management, including resolving issues and system alerts
  • Assisting the Relationship Manager (RM) with client meetings and inquiries
  • Maintenance of client key data in collaboration with the RM
  • Independent and professional interaction with clients in all aspects of account management

Business administration

Business administration includes:
  • Management of internal projects related to the RM's account relationships
  • Collecting and sharing relevant information, ideas, insights, and research findings with colleagues to improve processes and boost productivity and quality

Risk Management and Control

Risk management and control include:
  • Support with risk management, including risk identification and escalation in cases of uncertainty
  • Ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal guidelines and standards
  • Ensuring that outstanding issues are resolved in a timely manner and that accounting records are accurate
