Private Banking Account Manager - UK International & Canada, Zurich

About the job

The position of Account Manager, Private Banking—UK International & Canada, Zurich, involves responsibility for account administration, documentation procedures, and tasks related to the Relationship Manager (RM) and/or the account. The Account Manager supports the RM in client service and does not manage a client base of their own.

Tasks

The main tasks include:

• Client Administration and Management: Ensuring accurate and high-quality documentation of client relationships, managing account openings and maintenance, attending client meetings, and leading portions of the meetings
• Business Management: Managing internal projects, resolving administrative issues, and gathering and sharing information to improve processes
• Risk Management and Control: Active support for risk management, compliance with local regulations and internal policies, and the identification and escalation of legal or regulatory issues

Requirements

The requirements for the Account Manager include:

• Personal and social skills: Excellent adaptability, friendly and flexible demeanor, proactive and independent work style, positive attitude, and strong client focus
• Professional Qualifications: Master’s degree in a relevant field, at least 5 years of experience as an Assistant Relationship Manager or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree, excellent language skills in English and, if applicable, German and/or French
