Account Manager Special Clients -80% (f/m/d)
The Account Manager Special Clients is responsible for the support of selected clients, especially in the insurance business and dormant accounts, and provides excellent service and administrative support. The position is based 80% in Luxembourg.
Job description
Tasks
- Primary responsibility: Account Management Special Clients (insurance business, dormant accounts, etc.)
- Ensuring that excellent service is provided at all times to all customers within the framework, including insurance companies (e.g. timely response to inquiries)
- Function as contact person for the insurance companies (interface between BJBE and insurance company) regarding technical or administrative problems and inquiries (e.g. change of SWIFT settings, introduction of new forms, etc.)
- Act as account manager for selected segregated clients (e.g. dormant accounts, inactive accounts), ensuring regulatory compliance
- Conducting regular periodic reviews of insurance companies and other foreclosed customers (e.g. including screening, etc.)
- Ensuring efficient and prompt processing of orders, trades, transactions, payments etc. received from clients, e.g. processing of payment orders, including necessary verifications (e.g. signature verification, account balance)
- Ensuring that the relationship with customers and insurance companies is properly mapped in BJBE's core system (e.g. maintenance of customer relationships)
- Monitoring and processing of overdrafts in close coordination with insurance companies/clients
Secondary responsibility: Front Support
- Support Relationship Managers (RM) & Relationship Manager Assistants (RMA) in their daily work and handling of administrative tasks (e.g. support in opening accounts, periodic client reviews, etc.)
Requirements
Experience/knowledge/skills
- Customer-oriented, service- and solution-oriented, discreet and responsible
- Relevant higher education and professional background, e.g. Bachelor's degree or banking
- Friendly, open personality, well presented and professional demeanor
- Very good oral and written language skills in English, other language skills are considered an additional advantage
