About the job
We are looking for an Account Manager with a focus on affluent clients to join our rapidly growing Sygnum Select team in Zurich.Main tasks
- Taking responsibility for acquiring and maintaining new customer relationships with private customers.
- Telephone, email and face-to-face contact with our valued customers to provide solution-oriented support and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Abwicklung von Fiat- und Digitalasset-Transaktionen sowie Nachverfolgung und Abwicklung von Transaktionen im Rahmen der Geldwäschebekämpfung.
- Führung des Kunden-Onboarding-Prozesses gemeinsam mit internen Stakeholdern (Recht & Compliance, Betrieb) und externen Dienstleistern.
- Continuous updating and maintenance of the CRM for an accurate record of all relationships.
- Entwicklung eines Expertenverständnisses für die Kryptomarktlandschaft durch Lernen von Sygnums Angebot und Stärken, Verständnis für regulatorische Entwicklungen und Aufbau eines starken professionellen Netzwerks.
Ideal candidate
- A specific individual with a strong interest in developing a career in relationship management and business development.
- The ideal candidate would have at least 1-3 years of experience in customer service/client care for private or institutional clients within a financial institution or similar.
- A positive, forward-thinking personality with a proactive can-do attitude and a great team player mix with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy with a hands-on mentality.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm to get to know the world of digital assets and gain expertise in our product and service offerings.
- Goal and results oriented with an entrepreneurial attitude, able to work independently and under pressure.
- Erfahrung im Onboarding von Kunden (private Kunden oder juristische Personen) und Vertrautheit mit den Schweizer Bankregulierungen und Onboarding-Dokumenten, insbesondere CDR20, sind von Vorteil.
- Language skills: Fluent English is mandatory. Additional language skills are an advantage.
