Account Manager Trustees & Lawyers (m/f/d)

Your challenge

• Active support of the customer advisors in the holistic support of our customers and in the various acquisition projects throughout the company
• Independent fulfillment of complex, cross-shift tasks (telephone customer contacts, correspondence, information procurement, compliance inquiries)
• Independent pre- and post-processing of customer concerns with active participation, as well as analysis and processing of orders in the securities, foreign exchange, derivatives and payments sectors. As well as ensuring the quality of clients and increasing legal requirements
• Representation for day-to-day business, including structural and organizational support for client advisors as well as value and service-oriented fulfillment of client concerns
• Collaboration in the organization and preparation of customer events
• Enjoyment of a dynamic working environment and the associated interest in working on projects for the continuous optimization of processes and systems as well as experience in the treasury area and further training in special areas such as compliance is an advantage

Your profile

• Very good user knowledge of MS Office, Avaloq experience an advantage
• Stylish German and good English skills
• Motivated, reliable and team-oriented personality with a high level of initiative, independence and willingness to undergo specialist training (possibly also external)
• High customer orientation and service orientation
• Well-groomed manners, confident demeanor and very good communication skills
