Account Manager Trustees & Lawyers (m/f/d)

Your challenge

• Active support of the customer advisors in the holistic support of our customers and in various acquisition matters
• Independent fulfillment of complex, strategically challenging tasks (telephone customer contacts, correspondence, information procurement, compliance inquiries)
• Independent preparation and follow-up of client meetings with active participation, as well as analysis and processing of orders relating to securities, derivatives, foreign exchange and payment products. As well as ensuring the quality of client advice and compliance with legal regulations
• Representation for day-to-day business, including structured and organized support for client advisors as well as proactive and service-oriented fulfillment of client requests
• Collaboration in the organization and preparation of customer meetings
• Enjoy a dynamic working environment and the associated interest in working on projects to continuously optimize processes and systems as well as experience in the treasury area and further training on special topics such as compliance is an advantage

Your profile

• Very good user expertise in MS Office, Avaloq experience an advantage
• Stylish German and good English skills
• Motivated, reliable and team-oriented personality with a high level of initiative, independence and willingness to undergo specialist further training (with or without external training)
• High customer orientation and service orientation
• Well-groomed manners, confident demeanor and very good communication skills
