Job description

Your challenge

• Active support of the customer advisors in the holistic support of our customers and in various acquisition matters
• Independent fulfillment of complex day-to-day business-related tasks (telephone customer contact, correspondence, information procurement, compliance inquiries)
• Independent review and post-processing of customer data with active participation, as well as analysis and processing of orders in the areas of securities, derivatives, foreign exchange and payment transactions. Carefully ensuring the quality of client data and increasing legal requirements
• Responsibility for day-to-day business, including structured and organized support for customer advisors and service-oriented response to customer inquiries
• Collaboration in the organization and preparation of customer events
• Enjoyment of a dynamic working environment and the associated interest in working on projects to continuously optimize processes and systems as well as experience in treasury and further training on special topics such as compliance is an advantage

Your profile

• Very good user knowledge of MS Office, Avaloq experience an advantage
• Fluent German and good English skills
• Motivated, reliable and a team player with a high level of initiative, independence and willingness to undergo specialist training (both internal and external)
• High customer orientation and service orientation
• Well-groomed manners, confident demeanor and very good communication skills
