Job description: Account Manager Trustees & Lawyers (m/f/d)

Your challenge

• Active support of the account managers in the holistic support of our customers and in various acquisition matters
• Independent handling of complex day-to-day business tasks (telephone customer contacts, correspondence, information procurement, compliance inquiries)
• Independent preparation and follow-up of client meetings, active support, as well as analysis and consideration of orders in the areas of wealth management, foreign exchange, derivatives and payment transactions. As well as ensuring the quality of client meetings and compliance with legal regulations
• Representation for day-to-day business, including structural and organizational support for account managers and service-oriented fulfillment of customer inquiries
• Collaboration in the organization and preparation of customer meetings
• Enjoyment of a dynamic working environment and the associated interest in working on projects to continuously optimize processes and systems as well as experience in treasury and further training on special topics such as compliance is an advantage

Your profile

• Very good user knowledge of MS Office, Avantika experience an advantage
• Fluent German and good English skills
• Motivated, reliable and team-oriented personality with a high level of initiative, independence and willingness to undergo further training (both internal and external)
• High customer orientation and service orientation
• Well-groomed manners, confident demeanor and very good communication skills
