Account Manager

The Account Manager manages a portfolio of private clients by prioritizing their needs and administering their accounts with the ultimate goal of generating revenue. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and experience in dealing with financial products and markets.

Job description: Account Manager (100%)

Tasks

  • Take over and support the management of a client portfolio, putting the client's needs first
  • Expert in customer account management (cash management, transfers, stock market orders and execution control, renewal of trust deposits, etc.)
  • Anticipation of new risks through close monitoring of risk and compliance indicators
  • Independent handling of customer inquiries and guiding customers through more complex cases
  • Secure opening and closing of accounts
  • Responsibility for generating revenue for a customer book

Requirements

  • Fluent language skills in German, English, and Portuguese with the ability to communicate complex issues in a simple manner, especially to non-experts; Spanish would be an additional advantage
  • Strong team player with a keen interest in providing high-quality customer service
  • Good understanding of financial products and markets
  • Excellent IT skills (software tools, MS Office)
