Tasks

• You are the main point of contact for bank management and administrative bodies in your market area
• You are familiar with the banks' internal and external challenges and, as a sparring partner for management, develop solution strategies together with them, prepare ongoing analyses of the appropriate NCH specialist areas
• You support and accompany the Raiffeisen banks in their individual further development and are involved in the implementation of the corporate strategy of the Group strategy
• As a link, you ensure targeted, needs-based cooperation between the banks and Raiffeisen Switzerland
• Designed to provide comprehensive advice, you will be involved in the further development of the Raiffeisen Group in various specialist areas and projects

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in a banking environment (with management and profit responsibility)
• Sound experience in bank management, in particular in strategic and financial planning
• Extensive market separation in the Swiss retail banking sector
• High customer and service orientation
• Strong moderation, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
• University degree or similar higher education or further training
