Account Manager, eVV Desk (80–100%)
The position of Account Manager at the eVV Desk at St.Galler Kantonalbank offers the opportunity to actively address customer needs and help shape the future. The position requires a completed commercial or equivalent education in the financial sector, as well as some banking experience.
Tasks
- Digitalization is a key pillar of our bank, which is why we support our customers with e-banking. - Active participation in projects aimed at continuously improving work processes or further developing the department rounds out the scope of responsibilities.Requirements
- Completed business training or equivalent education in the financial sector.
- First experiences in banking.
- Ongoing or completed continuing education at a vocational college (BIF) or university of applied sciences (FH) is a plus.
- A strong interest in the investment business.
- Treating customers with respect and confidence comes naturally to you.
- Excellent knowledge of German. Knowledge of English is a plus.
