Account Manager, eVV Desk (80–100%)
St.Galler Kantonalbank is seeking an eVV Account Manager (80–100%) for its headquarters in St. Gallen to support client advisors in their day-to-day operations and contribute to the further development of the division. The position requires a completed commercial apprenticeship, initial banking experience, and a strong interest in the investment business.
Tasks
- Supporting our account managers in their day-to-day work, particularly in preparing for and following up on client meetings.
- Digitalization is a key pillar of our bank, which is why you’ll be supporting our customers with e-banking.
- Active participation in projects aimed at continuously improving work processes or further developing the department rounds out the scope of responsibilities.
Requirements
- Completed business training or equivalent education in the financial sector.
- You have some initial banking experience.
- Current or completed continuing education (vocational school or university of applied sciences) is a plus.
- A strong interest in the investment business.
- Treating customers with respect and confidence comes naturally to you.
- Excellent knowledge of German. Knowledge of English is a plus.
