Account Opening Support Specialist - Ireland
The Julius Baer Group is seeking an Account Opening Support Specialist in Dublin to provide support with account opening, maintenance, and documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience in account opening, knowledge of AML, KYC, and EDD, and a good understanding of client documentation requirements.
Tasks
- Provide support to front-line staff regarding account openings, maintenance, and documentation.
- Perform all client onboarding tasks as the first line of defense.
- Serve as the single point of contact between Compliance and HM/HMA.
- Ensure quality and timely completion when opening an account.
- Work with Front Risk Manager and Compliance to receive constructive feedback and ensure continuous improvement.
- Ensure a low to zero rejection rate for account openings by improving the quality of KYC/SoW.
Your profile
- Experience in opening bank accounts.
- Knowledge of AML, KYC, and EDD.
- A good understanding of the requirements for client documentation—individuals and entities.
- Willingness to follow instructions and carry out tasks assigned by managers.
- To provide professional and excellent services.
- Commercial thinking.
- Ability to meet deadlines and KPIs.
- Manage all client data with due care and ensure compliance with data security policies.
- Client Discretion - Be aware of and comply with banking secrecy and non-disclosure requirements.
