Account Opening Support Specialist - Ireland

Tasks

Provide support to front-line staff regarding account openings, maintenance, and documentation.

• All client onboarding tasks must be performed by the account opening support specialist as the first line of defense.
• Maintain the position as the sole point of contact between Compliance and HM/HMA.
• Ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines when opening accounts.
• Collaborate with Front Risk Manager and Compliance to receive constructive feedback and ensure continuous improvement.
• Ensure a low to zero rejection rate for account openings by improving the quality of KYC/SoW.

Requirements

• Experience in opening bank accounts.
• Knowledge of AML, KYC, and EDD.
• A solid understanding of the requirements for client documentation—for both individuals and businesses.
• Willingness to follow instructions and carry out tasks assigned by managers.
• Providing professional and excellent service.
• Commercial thinking.
• Ability to meet deadlines and KPIs.
• Manage all client data with due care and ensure compliance with data security policies.
• Client discretion—be aware of and comply with banking secrecy and non-disclosure requirements.
