Account Opening Support Specialist - Ireland
The Julius Baer Group is seeking an Account Opening Support Specialist in Dublin to assist with account opening and maintenance and ensure that all quality and timeline requirements are met. The ideal candidate will have experience in account opening, knowledge of AML, KYC, and EDD, and a solid understanding of client documentation requirements.
Tasks
Provide support to front-office staff regarding account openings, maintenance, and documentation. Serve as the single point of contact between Compliance and HM/HMA. Ensure the quality and timeliness of account openings. Work with the Front Risk Manager and Compliance to receive constructive feedback and ensure continuous improvement. Ensure low to zero rejection rates for account openings by improving the quality of KYC and SoW.Your requirements
- Experienced in account opening
- Knowledgeable in AML, KYC, and EDD
- Good understanding of client documentation requirements—Individuals and Entities
- Willingness to accept instructions and delegated tasks from a manager
- Provide a service characterized by professionalism and excellence
- Business acumen
- Ability to meet deadlines and KPIs
- Manage all client data with due care and ensure compliance with data security policies
- Client confidentiality—be aware of and comply with banking secrecy and non-disclosure requirements
