Actuarial Inventory Specialist (M/F)
The position of Actuarial Analyst (M/F) at Camca Assurance S.A. in Luxembourg requires a degree in actuarial science and at least 3–5 years of experience in the industry to handle various tasks in the areas of actuarial work, Solvency II, and modeling. The role offers the opportunity to work in a small but dynamic company and to develop your skills in various fields such as risk management and product development.
Candidate criteria
- Minimum educational requirement: Master's degree or higher
- Education / Specialization: You hold an actuarial degree recognized by an actuarial institute (French, Luxembourgish, Belgian, etc.)
- Minimum experience: 3–5 years
- Experience:
- You have some initial actuarial experience, preferably in the non-life insurance sector
- Good knowledge of Solvency II
- Good knowledge of the regulatory environment
- You are a team player, and your ability to work independently will be essential to the success of your assignment
- You are meticulous, with a keen analytical mind and a knack for numbers
- Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office suite)
Key Responsibilities
- Local standard LUXGAP:
- Development and optimization of qualitative and quantitative analyses of prudential reserves at the local level
- Analysis of the balance sheets of various company products
- Solvency II standards:
- Development and optimization of qualitative and quantitative work related to the three pillars (calculation of the SCR and solvency ratio, ONA, implementation of various regulatory reporting requirements)
- Actuarial Oversight, Actuarial Reporting, Actuarial Role
- Assurance:
- Development and optimization of the company's reinsurance program
- Modeling:
- Development and Optimization of Internal Model Validation Work, Part 1
- Contributed to the drafting of Part 1 of the internal model validation report for the internal risk management bodies
