Your Mission

• Serve as the Agency Director's right-hand person and contribute to the customer satisfaction initiative
• Participate in the agency's business strategy regarding public affairs, savings, and credit
• Play an active role in ensuring the agency’s strong sales performance and monitoring its collections, working with a team of professional account managers and client advisors
• Help with customer service, scheduling appointments, and directing customers to available advisors
• Participate in business development and the coordination of sales activities
• Participate in the management of committees
• Help with customer onboarding
