Department Assistant - Infrastructure and General Services
Banque Cantonale Vaudoise (BCV) is looking for an Adjointe or Adjoint de département - Infrastructures et services généraux to support the department head and take on various tasks such as project management, budgeting, and data management. The ideal candidate will have a university degree, at least 5 years of experience in general services, and strong communication and analytical skills.
Vos missions
- Support the department manager by helping to supervise and optimize the department's activities and results.
- coordinate the department's cross-functional and strategic projects,
- represent the department in various projects, mandates, internal and external committees, and assume a leadership role in projects directly related to their department,
- Take on permanent and ad hoc tasks as required by the department (assist with project implementation, adaptation of existing structures, systems, and processes, coordination of working groups, etc.).
- monitor the department's accounts and follow up on audit points,
- consolidate the department's control system together with quality managers and internal control managers,
- Support the department manager in developing and implementing the CSR (ESG) strategy for the department's activities.
- create and develop the organization, storage, and management of the department's data,
- assist the manager in his daily tasks and decision-making.
Votre profil
- Master's or Bachelor's degree from a university, HES, EHL, EPFL, or equivalent
- minimum 5 years of experience in general services
- team spirit, curiosity, focus on continuous improvement,
- autonomy, ability to coordinate internal and external partners,
- analytical and communication skills, both oral and written,
- Proficiency in French, English is a plus, good writing skills,
- Good command of Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
