Department Assistant - Infrastructure and General Services

Tasks

• Support the department manager by helping to supervise and optimize the department's activities and results.
• coordinate the department's cross-functional and strategic projects,
• represent the department in various projects, mandates, internal and external committees, and assume a leadership role in projects directly related to their department,
• Take on permanent and ad hoc tasks as required by the department (assist with project implementation, adaptation of existing structures, systems, and processes, coordination of working groups, etc.).
• monitor the department's accounts and audit points,
• consolidate the department's control system together with quality managers and internal control managers,
• Support the department manager in developing and implementing the CSR (ESG) strategy for the department's activities.
• create and develop the organization, storage, and management of the department's data,
• assist the manager in his daily tasks and decision-making.

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree from a university, HES, EHL, EPFL, or equivalent,
• At least 5 years of experience in general services,
• Team spirit, curiosity, continuous improvement orientation,
• Autonomy, ability to coordinate internal and external partners,
• Ability to analyze and communicate orally and in writing,
• Proficiency in French, English is a plus, written communication skills,
• Good command of Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
