Adjointe or Adjoint of the Département Analyse crédits Trade Finance / Pays & Banques - 60%

Tasks

• Pre-advise, advise and support the head of the department in all tasks, assist in monitoring and optimizing the department's activities and results
• Participation in projects / working groups within the department or in collaboration with other BCV units, occasionally as a leader
• Assumption of permanent and selective missions according to the needs of the department (assistance with the implementation of projects, adaptation of structures and systems, etc.)
• Help with the coordination of actions on joint projects and processes as well as for specific and selective needs
• Analysis and description of trade finance processes and procedures based on guidelines and regulations, establishment of controls at various levels
• Identification of needs for the further development of services (functional and IT) and proposal of improvements
• Supporting sector managers in managing change (training, coaching of employees, implementation of action plans, monitoring and correction)

Requirements

• Professional university education
• Experience in the implementation of projects in the banking sector
• Good knowledge of banking activities, ideally supplemented by knowledge of corporate lending
• Experience in setting up / reviewing processes, procedures and control systems
• Conceptual and analytical thinking, accuracy, autonomy, curiosity
• Very good organizational and relational skills
• Perfect command of office tools
• Writing skills in French, English an advantage
