Adjointe or Adjoint of the Département Analyse crédits Trade Finance / Pays & Banques - 60%

Tasks

• Pre-advise, advise and support the head of the department in all tasks and assist in monitoring and optimizing the department's activities and results
• Participation in projects and working groups within the department or in collaboration with other BCV units, sometimes as a leader
• Assuming permanent and selective missions depending on the needs of the department (e.g. assistance with the implementation of projects, adaptation of structures and systems)
• Supporting the department's managers in coordinating their actions in joint projects and processes as well as in specific and selective needs
• Analysis and description of trade finance processes and procedures based on directives and regulations and implementation of controls at various levels
• Identification of needs for the further development of services (functional and IT) and proposal of improvements
• Supporting sector managers in managing change (training, coaching employees, implementing action plans, monitoring and correction)

Requirements

• Professional university education
• Experience in project management in the banking sector
• Good knowledge of banking activities, ideally supplemented by knowledge of corporate lending
• Experience in the implementation/review of processes, procedures and control systems
• Conceptual and analytical thinking, accuracy, autonomy, curiosity
• Very good organizational and relational skills
• Perfect command of office software
• Writing skills in French, English an advantage
