Adjointe or Adjoint of the Département Analyse crédits Trade Finance / Pays & Banques - 60%

Tasks

* Préaviser, conseiller and soutenir the Chef de Département for the entirety of the tasks and help to supervise and optimize the activities and results of the department * Participation in projects / groups of work within the department or in collaboration with other units of BCV, sometimes as a leader * Assumption of permanent and punctual missions according to the needs of the department (assistance in the implementation of projects, adaptation of structures and systems, etc.) * Supporting the department's managers in the coordination of their actions on common projects and processes as well as for specific and punctual needs * Analyzing and describing Trade Finance processes and procedures on the basis of directives and regulations and implementing the various levels of control, both operational and managerial * Identifying needs for the evolution of services (functional and IT) and proposing improvements * Accompanying Secteur managers in the management of change (training, coaching employees, implementing action plans, monitoring and correction)

Requirements

* Higher professional education * Successfully completed experience in project management in the banking sector * Good knowledge of banking activities, ideally complemented by knowledge of corporate lending * Experience in the implementation / review of processes, procedures and control systems * Conceptual and analytical thinking, accuracy, autonomy, curiosity * Very good organizational and relational skills * Perfect mastery of office tools * Excellent rédactionnelle skills in French, English an advantage
