Administrative Support (Full-Time) (f/m/d)

The Julius Baer Group is seeking an administrative assistant (m/f/d) to support executives and staff in various areas, such as organization and communication. The ideal candidate should have completed a banking apprenticeship or equivalent training and have 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.

Tasks

Responsible for providing administrative support to non-executive managers and staff on a wide range of tasks related to organization and communication. Responsible for administrative processes related to business management, initiatives, and sales support for Group Heads (approx. 50%). Supports the Market Head and Business Management on initiatives (e.g., sales) as well as with day-to-day tasks

Your requirements

  • Banking apprenticeship or equivalent training
  • 2–3 years of experience as an Assistant Relationship Manager or in a business management-related role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
  • Strong language skills (written and spoken) in German and English
