Adoption & Change Lead

Are you excited to help UBS achieve its AI Vision 2030 by leading and communicating impactful adoption and change initiatives on a global scale? We are looking for an Adoption & Change Lead who:

• leads AI and digital transformation initiatives in the Global Wealth Management division that align with business priorities and drive user engagement at scale
• Provides expertise on AI solutions (Red, Copilot, Agentic AI) to enable teams to achieve measurable business results.
• Designs and implements change management and communication programs that translate complex technical concepts for various global stakeholders and target audiences
• works with cross-functional management teams to identify adoption challenges and promote behavioral change
• Builds and manages adoption dashboards and feedback mechanisms, tracks metrics, and refines strategies based on data and insights
• oversees and coordinates global engagement activities—such as events, workshops, and presentations—to foster an active AI transformation community

Your expertise

• Bachelor's degree in computer science
• At least 7 years of experience leading change management and communication initiatives for large-scale, cross-regional global transformation programs in the financial services industry
• in-depth knowledge of AI, digital transformation, and AI adoption
• proven track record in AI adoption
• proven expertise in designing change management and communication programs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for multicultural audiences and senior stakeholder groups
• Effective Stakeholder Management
