ADOPTION & ENGAGEMENT CHAMPION - ANALYTICS PLATFORM 80 - 100% (f/m/d)

Julius Baer Bank is seeking an Adoption & Engagement Champion for its analytics platform who will serve as the primary point of contact for business users and support the introduction of new use cases. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of professional experience in areas such as change management or digital transformation and have a strong interest in data, technology, or digital products.

Your challenge

  • Are you the primary point of contact for business users of the Global Data Platform (GDP) and do you proactively engage to understand needs, pain points, and expectations?
  • Support new use cases during the onboarding phase to GDP
  • Act as a trusted intermediary between business functions and technical teams by translating requirements into clear inputs for development and communicating technical constraints in business-friendly language.
  • Represent the end user's perspective throughout the project cycle—from conception to implementation—to ensure that usability remains a priority.
  • Facilitate the resolution of data-related incidents by working with the owners of the source systems to clarify the impact and timelines for affected users and prioritize preventive measures such as business data quality checks.

Your profile

We believe that the right attitude is most important. This role requires curiosity about data systems, empathy for technical and non-technical audiences, and a passion for making complex topics accessible and actionable. In return, it offers various growth opportunities within the GDP team.

Requirements

  • A degree in business administration, information technology, change management, or a related discipline
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in areas such as change management, digital transformation, product adoption, or internal communications in a company, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Genuine interest in data, technology, or digital products—previous experience with data platforms, BI tools, or analytics environments is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (business fluency required)
  • Working knowledge of German (written and spoken), particularly useful for interactions with Zurich-based teams

Key competencies

We are looking for a person with the right skills and the right attitude.
