ADOPTION & ENGAGEMENT CHAMPION - ANALYTICS PLATFORM 80 - 100% (f/m/d)

Julius Baer Bank is looking for an Adoption & Engagement Champion for its analytics platform, who will act as an interface between business units and technical teams and drive the introduction of data analytics and platforms. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of professional experience in change management, digitalization, or product adoption and have a strong interest in data, technology, and digital products.

Your challenge

- You are the primary point of contact for business users of the Global Data Platform (GDP) and proactively engage to understand needs, pain points, and expectations - You support new use cases during the onboarding phase to the GDP - You act as a trusted intermediary between business functions and technical teams by translating requirements into clear inputs for development and communicating technical constraints in business-friendly language - You represent the end-user perspective throughout the project lifecycle—from conception to implementation—to ensure that usability is always at the forefront - You facilitate the resolution of data-related incidents by working with source system owners to clarify impacts and timelines for affected users and prioritize preventive measures such as business data quality checks

Your profile

This role requires curiosity about data systems, empathy for technical and non-technical audiences, and a passion for making complex topics accessible and actionable. In return, it offers various growth opportunities within the GDP team. - You have a degree in business administration, information technology, change management, or a related discipline - 1–3 years of professional experience in areas such as change management, digital transformation, product adoption, or internal communications in a company, preferably in the financial services industry - A genuine interest in data, technology, or digital products—previous experience with data platforms, BI tools, or analytics environments is a plus - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (business fluency required) - Practical knowledge of German (written and verbal), particularly useful for interactions with Zurich-based teams
