Your tasks

• You will be responsible for the strategic development of digital products and will develop the app into the central access point throughout the customer lifecycle—from acquisition and activation through usage and engagement channels—with personalized journeys, relevant offers, and cross-sell and up-sell mechanisms that drive measurable customer outcomes and commercial business impact.
• You identify opportunities for new digital business models, value-added services, and market positions in propositions that offer clear customer benefits and measurable results—for customers, business partners, and partners.
• You combine an understanding of customers, research, data, and market trends to make targeted investments.
• You drive the digital transformation at App-Undervol and rapidly and iteratively develop the app yourself to enable customer-centric growth, service differentiation, and measurable results, making the app a key lever for strategic and well-informed decisions, priorities in a focused backlog, clear prioritization, and stakeholder management within results-oriented teams; you identify and overcome obstacles at each stage of implementation to drive customer-driven digital transformation.
• You make targeted use of technology, data, AI, and automation to further develop customer-focused digital capabilities.
• You are a team leader with a team and two direct reports.

Requirements

• Several years of leadership experience, including managing teams of executives and complex matrix organizations.
• A college degree in business administration, marketing, business informatics, or a related field.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
