Agency CMD Trading Analyst

Role and Responsibilities

• Working in the FX agency division, assisting clients with foreign exchange, pricing, and structuring trades
• Part of a state-of-the-art trading operation dedicated to serving asset managers and corporate clients

Requirements

• A solid understanding of foreign exchange in the corporate and financial sectors
• Understanding corporate treasury, global macro, and hedge fund foreign exchange strategies
• Solid product knowledge (interest rate and currency forwards, FX options, local markets, OTC derivatives)
• Accurate trading skills (attention to detail, error and exception management, problem-solving)
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills
• The initiative to manage and organize a structured workflow and see it through to completion
• Ability to work both with and without managerial supervision
• The ability to recognize how to manage and de-escalate critical issues and how to work with your cross-functional, global team and representatives of asset management firms
• The ability to adapt to an ever-changing work environment, to prioritize your workload, and to handle ambiguity
