Vaudoise Assurances is looking for an experienced agent (h/f/x) to manage the general agency in Geneva to lead a team and develop the business in the region. The position requires several years of experience in sales management and a strong network in the Geneva region.

Agente générale / Agent général (h/f/x)
Tasks
- Lead, motivate and develop a multidisciplinary team consisting of middle managers, external consultants and internal staff responsible for client support and benefits processing
- Representation of Vaudoise Assurances in the canton of Geneva
- Management of a portfolio and development of the company in the canton of Geneva
- Coordination of commercial managers and broker consultants working for the Geneva General Agency
Requirements
- Several years of experience in managing sales teams
- Completion of a university education, a federal diploma in insurance or an equivalent title
- Certified training in management is an advantage
- An extensive and recognized network within the canton of Geneva

You are open to change and have the ability to develop in a moving field. As a recognized and integrated personality in the region, you are outgoing and naturally know how to assert yourself in a motivated team.
