Tasks

• Conducting, motivating and encouraging a multidisciplinary team comprising intermédiaires managers, external service consultants and collaborators in charge of client services and service delivery
• Représenter la Vaudoise Assurances sur le terrain dans la région
• Gérer a portefeuille et développer la compagnie dans ce rayon
• Assure the coordination of the responsables commerciaux and conseillers courtier d'agence travaillant pour l'agence générale de La Côte

Requirements

• Several years of experience in managing teams in sales
• Completion of a university education, a federal diploma in insurance or an equivalent title
• Certified training in management is a plus
• An important and recognized network within the La Côte region
