Tasks

• As an inspiring leader with a strong focus on results and lots of energy, you lead your sales team to top performance
• With your enthusiasm for the job and your extensive specialist knowledge, you motivate your team to give their best every day
• You are responsible for expanding your private and corporate client base
• As a Vaudoise brand ambassador, you actively participate in commercial, social and sports networks and strengthen our presence
• You will then contribute to the growth of Vaudoise in German-speaking Switzerland by successfully acquiring new customers

Requirements

• You are resident and have a good economic base in the sales area
• Several years of successful experience in the sales force of a general insurer
• A federal certificate in the insurance or financial sector or a comparable qualification
• You have an active regional network that you are enthusiastic about expanding
• High performance orientation, pronounced self-motivation and strong commitment
