Tasks
- Preparation of offers in the private and corporate sector
- Active cooperation with our sales representatives
- Close cooperation with our brokers
- Direct customer contact on the phone and at the counter
- Opening of claims and settlement of small claims
Requirements
- Commercial training in the insurance industry and several years of experience in customer support at an all-lines insurer
- In-depth knowledge of insurance in the areas of private and occupational pensions, non-life personal insurance (UVG/UVG-ZKTG), and other corporate insurance
- High level of service with a structured and precise approach to work
- Independent, reliable and balanced personality
- Stylish written and spoken German
- Federal insurance certificate desirable
