Agency Specialist Customer Support (m/f/d) 80-100% Hybrid Lucerne, Switzerland

Tasks

• Preparation of offers in the private and corporate sector
• Active cooperation with our sales representatives
• Close cooperation with our brokers
• Direct customer contact on the phone and at the counter
• Opening of claims and settlement of small claims

Requirements

• Commercial training in the insurance industry and several years of experience in customer support for an all-lines insurer
• In-depth insurance knowledge of private and occupational pensions as well as non-life personal insurance (UVG/UVGZ-KTG) and other sub-insurances
• High level of service with a structured and precise way of working
• Independent, reliable and balanced personality
• Fluent written and spoken German
• Federal insurance training desirable
