• Preparation of offers in the private and corporate sector
• Active cooperation with our sales representatives
• Close cooperation with our brokers
• Direct customer contact on the phone and at the counter
• Opening of claims and settlement of small claims

Requirements

What sets you apart:

• Commercial training in the insurance industry and several years of experience in customer support at an all-lines insurer
• In-depth knowledge of insurance in the areas of private and occupational pensions, non-life personal insurance (UVG/UVG-ZKTG), and other corporate insurance
• High level of service with a structured and precise approach to work
• Independent, reliable and balanced personality
• Fluent written and spoken German
• Federal insurance certificate desirable
