AI Business Consultant (all genders)

Tasks

• Design and delivery of training sessions, workshops, and courses on topics related to the various departments and information management.
• Planning and prioritizing business and AI projects in collaboration with business units and IT.
• Collection and processing of data and information at the bank.
• Development of concepts and technical specifications for AI and ML solutions.
• Contact person for technological innovations: future trends, requirements, pilot projects, and new developments.
• Designing and leading regular training sessions and webinars on AI topics for all departments of the bank.
• Central point of contact for questions regarding AI tools and applications (such as Microsoft Copilot) for the entire group.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a related field.
• Practical experience in gathering, organizing, and prioritizing business requirements, as well as in collaborating with business units and IT.
• A solid understanding of AI models and business processes.
• Expertise in designing and conducting training sessions, workshops, and courses, ideally in the field of digital technologies.
• Project management skills, as well as strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ideally, experience in implementing digital solutions as well as in supporting change processes and user adoption.
• Very good written and spoken German skills.
• Focus on the overall German-speaking market (DACH region).
