Tasks

The role of AI Enablement Specialist includes the following responsibilities:

• Accelerating Education and Engagement
• Development of workshops, peer-building sessions, and demos to implement solutions in applications and use cases
• Creating reusable templates and playbooks to scale the impact of individual engagements
• Solving Real-World Business Problems with AI
• Integration into business units to understand processes, pain points, and opportunities
• Rapid prototyping of solutions using Python, LLM APIs, and the MAA platform
• Development of end-to-end solutions, from problem analysis to a fully functional tool
• Process Transformation Through Business Process Mapping and Identifying Opportunities for AI
• Designing and building solutions that do not disrupt existing processes but rather redesign them
• Work with the strategy team to deliver cross-functional improvements that benefit multiple business units

Requirements

The following requirements are essential for the role of AI Enablement Specialist:

• 5–10 years of experience in roles that combine technical delivery with solving business problems
• Pattern Recognition: Experience with prototyping, API integration, data processing, and feature design
• Generating ROI, business insights, and data: Understanding how to generate ROI, business results, and data
• Excellent stakeholder management skills: Ability to work with senior portfolio managers, heads of operations, sales leads, and others, and to earn their trust
• A preference for action: Better a working prototype in a week than a perfect specification in a month
• Continuous learning: a love of reading and training to stay up to date
