What you can expect

• Development of AI applications used across our business units. From customer data to business processes to customer loyalty—your AI solutions will help us improve various processes in these areas.
• Training inference on machine learning and deep learning algorithms using toolchains such as LangChain, Azure, etc.
• Development of AI engines for language, image, and security, and evaluation of models and products
• Development of end-to-end systems in conjunction with our data, models, and machines
• Development of ML applications for agents—from concept to finished prototype to production deployment.

What you bring with you

• A degree in computer science or a comparable program of study
• Proficiency in Python and experience building LLM pipelines (e.g., on RAG systems, agents, tool orchestration, multi-agent systems), as well as responsibility for system maintenance
• Experience in statistics, classification, and machine learning
• Strong knowledge of mathematics
• Curiosity About the World of AI
• Ability to effectively communicate and document technical knowledge
• A keen sense of quality, cleanliness, and efficiency
