About the role

We are looking for an AI Engineer to help us develop innovative solutions using GenAI and Machine Learning technologies. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of finance, technology and AI and stay at the cutting edge of AI/ML.

Tasks

• Work on the development of our core AI platform
• Collaborate with investment teams to create AI agents that support, automate and transform our systematic and discretionary investment processes

Requirements

Essential requirements

• Experience in AI engineering and machine learning
• Excellent software engineering skills with in-depth knowledge of Python
• Interest in and understanding of financial markets and instruments
• Relevant mathematical knowledge, e.g. statistics, optimization algorithms, linear algebra

Advantageous requirements

• Experience with GenAI to create customized, knowledge-based or automated coding tools
• Experience with training or customization of state-of-the-art software models
• Experience in developing tools and technologies within systematic or discretionary investment units
