Tasks

• Development of innovative solutions using GenAI and machine learning technologies
• Work on creating AI agents that support, automate and transform our systematic and discretionary investment processes
• Work within the Machine Learning Technology team on the development of our core AI platforms
• Collaboration with investment teams to implement AI solutions

Requirements

Essential requirements

• Demonstrable enthusiasm for AI engineering and machine learning
• Excellent software engineering skills with in-depth knowledge of Python
• Deep interest and understanding of financial markets and investment management
• Relevant mathematical knowledge, e.g. statistics, optimization algorithms, linear algebra

Advantageous requirements

• Experience with GenAI for the development of agents, knowledge processing or automated coding tools
• Experience with the training or fine-tuning of generative models
• Experience of developing tools and techniques within systematic or discretionary investment units
