AI Platform Engineer

Tasks

• They support and empower business units—particularly in the context of banking business processes—in their use of AI
• They conduct governance and compliance audits and prepare well-founded decision proposals

Requirements

• A degree or comparable education in computer science, software engineering, data/AI, or business informatics
• Excellent written and spoken German (at least C1)
• Understanding of software development processes, architectural principles, and platform approaches (e.g., APIs, cloud, ML/DPs)
• Experience in Python programming and a good understanding of technical automation
• Interest in microservice technologies and low-code platforms (e.g., Power Platform)
• Understanding of banking business processes and the ability to translate technical solutions into a business context
• A structured, analytical approach to work, strong communication skills, and a strong willingness to learn in this field
