AI Product Manager

Your role

Are you an experienced and entrepreneurial product manager with deep expertise in wealth management? Are you passionate about designing and delivering AI-powered solutions that transform the experiences of clients and advisors? Do you thrive at the intersection of domain knowledge, AI innovation, and digital transformation? We are looking for an AI Product Manager who: *

• AI/ML solutions that identify, prioritize, and deliver solutions that address the real needs of clients and consultants in a regulated environment
• covers the entire product lifecycle—from ideation and prototyping through pilot and full-scale rollout—ensuring that solutions are both innovative and practical for wealth management use cases
• works closely with stakeholders from business, technology, and data science to translate complex requirements into manageable product roadmaps
• drives agile delivery through sprint planning, continuous prioritization, and clear success metrics, ensuring that results are timely and effective
• promotes new AI capabilities such as personalization, intelligent insights, and digital advisory tools, always with a focus on customer value and regulatory compliance
• acts as a leader, proactively identifies opportunities, challenges the status quo, and fosters a culture of innovation within the team
• collaborates with external partners (e.g., Microsoft, fintech companies) to explore, test, and scale groundbreaking AI solutions for wealth management

Your expertise

• 8+ years of experience in product management, with in-depth knowledge of wealth management, client needs, and the regulatory environment
• Background in financial services, fintech
• proven ability to drive innovation
• Successful product development from concept to market launch
• Familiarity with machine learning, generative AI, and their applications
• strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, data science tools, and programming languages
