AI Product Manager

Your role

Are you an experienced and entrepreneurial product manager with deep expertise in wealth management? Are you passionate about designing and delivering AI-powered solutions that transform client and advisor experiences? Do you thrive at the intersection of domain knowledge, AI innovation, and digital transformation? We are looking for an AI Product Manager who:

• identifies, prioritizes, and delivers AI/ML solutions that address the real-world needs of clients and consultants in a regulated environment
• covers the entire product lifecycle—from concept development and prototyping through pilot and mass production—ensuring that solutions are both innovative and practical for use in wealth management
• works closely with stakeholders from the business, technology, and data science fields to translate complex requirements into manageable product pipelines
• drives agile delivery through sprint planning, continuous prioritization, and clear success metrics to achieve timely and effective results
• promotes new AI capabilities such as personalization, intelligent insights, and digital advisory tools, always with a focus on customer value and regulatory compliance
• acts as a leader, proactively identifies opportunities, challenges the status quo, and fosters a culture of innovation within the team
• collaborates with external partners (e.g., Microsoft, fintech companies) to explore, test, and scale groundbreaking AI solutions for wealth management

Your expertise

• 8+ years of experience in product management
• a deep understanding of wealth management, client needs, and the regulatory landscape
• Background in financial services, fintech
• proven ability to drive innovation
• Familiarity with ML, GenAl, and their applications
• Strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with Microsoft Azure
