AI Risk & Controls Lead

Tasks

• Responsible for establishing and implementing First Line of Defense (1LDO) risks and controls throughout the company.
• Ensure that all solutions are designed, deployed, and managed in accordance with regulatory, risk-related, and audit-related requirements, while maintaining the highest standards of due diligence.
• Ensure relevance and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Prioritize internal and regulatory requirements.
• Understand AI/ML, LLMs, agents, and the underlying RAG system at the system level (26 C.F.R. IRC 71-1, Audit Framework).
• Clarify all AI/ML use cases that have been incorporated into the governance framework.
• Reduce audit findings or major cases.
• Reduce the time it takes to resolve production issues for audits.
• Complete all outstanding audit remediation items.
• Set up and deploy an automated testing platform.

Requirements

• Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States.
